Greetings! The dates for Camp Meeting 2026 are June 16-19. This form lets us know that you are wishing to stay on the campground, and reserves a space for your RV. However, this is not a guarantee that you will have the space or area that you requested. Please know that we work very hard to make Camp Meeting an enjoyable experience for all, and that we will do our best to ensure that there are spaces for everyone.
*When you submit the form, you will see a screen that reads,
“Thank you for submitting a request for a reservation for WD Camp Meeting 2026! You should receive a copy of your responses sent to the email you provided. If there are any problems with your request, you will receive a call from Bro. Emanual. If you do not receive a call, that is a good sign! God bless, and see you at Camp Meeting!”
* RV Arrivals for Camp Meeting 2026 begins on Sat., Jun 13 @ 12:00 pm. No RVs or tents will be allowed before that time, unless they are directly working with the Camp Meeting Committee, and obtain prior approval from the Camp Meeting Director.
* RV Spaces
* Late registrations, those that arrive after 11:00 pm, will be directed to park in the Fairgrounds parking lot until morning.
* Standard RV Rates are 45.00 a night, if you are granted a premium space they are 55.00 per night.
* An RV registration does NOT come with a space for a tent. ALL tents will be charged $25/night.
* There is only one vehicle (car or truck) allowed per registration. All additional vehicles must be parked in the Fairgrounds parking lot.
* At any time, DO NOT disconnect any of the white sewer pipes on campgrounds for any reason.
